Complete civil design package for a 23.98 acres mixed-used commercial development including truck repair shop with truck parking spaces, restaurant/coffee shop buildings, motel and a convenience store with fuel station located in Hill County, Texas. Project consists of master planning for whole site including parking analysis and traffic flow. Grading and drainage was designed for whole site including TxDOT SCS method calculations (existing vs proposed runoff) and detention pond design. Sewer connection is into the proposed onsite septic field and water well is proposed for water connection.
