TxDOT Driveway Design for Commercial Development

Complete civil package for a 6.24 acres commercial (retail buildings) development. The main purpose was to get TxDOT Driveway and Hydraulics approval. Project consists of grading/drainage design including existing vs proposed runoff calculations and also the detention pond design.
