Every site starts with the same question: how does water move across it, and how do you shape the ground so the answer works for the building, the parking, and the neighbors downstream. Grading design sets that foundation — it's the layer every other discipline on a project builds on top of.
I prepare detailed grading plans that balance cut and fill, keep slopes constructible, and route stormwater exactly where it's supposed to go. That includes coordinating site layout for land development, sizing lots efficiently, and working through floodplain mitigation strategies so the design stays compliant with local and county regulatory standards from the start rather than getting flagged in review.
The goal on every project is the same: a grading plan that's efficient to build, holds up under review, and performs the way it's designed to once the site is complete.
